document.write('top of the trail very determined to &quot;do it&quot;. Jean now hikes even the easiest trails at a very slow ');
document.write('rate and I generally stay with her for company. It doesn&quot;t matter since the slower pace allows us to ');
document.write('appreciate the environment and vistas more fully. Just being in the mountains along any trail has an ');
document.write('invigorating effect on both of us.');
